We are recruiting for the position of DISPATCHER - TRANSPORT PLANNER

Responsibilities:

• Management of a fleet of international trucks, monitoring costs, consumes, routes, shifts, driving and resting hours, loading and unloading operations, drivers’ performance;
• Develop and maintain an international network of successful, long-term commercial relationships with regular clients and trusted suppliers;
• Daily contact with clients, suppliers and international teams; use of freight exchange platforms to find cargo, placing orders, negotiating prices, executing transports in a timely and cost-effective result;

Requirements:

• EXPERIENCE NOT REQUIRED
• Analytical and organizational skills, able to effectively communicate and negotiate, teamplayer, highly committed;
• Stress resistance, initiative, attitude to decision making, problem solving, teamwork in a dynamic, fast-paced environment;

Languages:

• English, French
• Romanian as an important asset Additional languages
